Life in NDA : First Day, Interesting details & Must know facts

FIRST DAY AT NDA KHADAKWASLA    

nIt is a party every day from about 5 in the morning to 9 in the night. And, there could be some extensions to this party once in a while. There is PT, parade, theory classes and some other stuff as and when they get some free time between these parties. And, they have a strict schedule for all these.nn1.)In the early stages, there is nothing unique about NDA or any outside source academy, and you are cared for. nn nn2.)You receive a squadron assignment and a haircut. The adjutant or assistant adjutant will also assign you an academy number based on the order of your interview. nn nn3.)This number will stay with you the entire time you are a member of NDA. You are instructed to have a haircut, after which you will be given a room in the squadron and an overstudy who is the most religious relative in the NDA and is responsible for teaching the academy’s norms and regulations. nn nn4.)He is going to be your closest friend for the remaining semesters. The day is then over and it’s time for dinner.
