When do the fresh batches for April 2026 session commence?

New batches for NDA 2 2026 and NDA Foundation (Classes 9th and 11th) start on 1st April, 15th April, and 1st May 2026. Admissions are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited hostel capacity.

Is hostel accommodation available for female cadets?

Yes, Dehradun Defence College has a dedicated, secure, in-house NDA (Girls) Wing with 24/7 female warden security, CCTV surveillance, separate mess timings, and dedicated training staff.

Can parents visit and tour the campus before finalizing admission?

Absolutely. Parents and aspirants are warmly encouraged to visit our Maldevta campus 7 days a week between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to inspect the smart classrooms, sports facilities, residential rooms, and meet our senior directors.

What is the procedure for scholarship or fee concession?

Children of martyrs and Veer Naris receive a 100% tuition waiver. Wards of serving or retired defence/paramilitary personnel receive a 15% concession upon providing a valid service discharge book or dependency certificate.
